What is Meican Unlimited?

•  Where did the name come from?
  Meican (pronounced me kan) is really Me. I. Can. I was doing a job that required a bit of a learning curve and thought I can do this even though it was proving to be a bit different than what I originally expected. I decided right then and there that I would use this as not only my company name but my motto for life.
• What is it you do?
  I work mostly as an independent contractor for several companies. However, I live in a small town that requires you to be versatile in order to pay the bills. That basically means I do a lot of things to make ends meet. What I am working toward is being able to make a living via my artistic endeavors. My writing, photography, as well as eventually pod-casting.
• How long have you been in the website industry?
  I have been a part of the "Internet community" for the majority of my life. I have spent the last 25 years learning, expanding my knowledge and applying it to jobs I do.
• What's with the inspirational posts?
  Everyone needs a boost at times, including myself, and if I can write something to inspire or encourage people when they most need it, well, I hope I am able to encourage others as I have been encouraged.
• What's about your photography?
  I have always enjoyed taking photos, as opposed to being a part of the photo. I find it relaxing and I don't have any real desire to be in the spotlight. (Although, I also understand people are interested in the person creating the work as well.)  I tend toward images of nature and landscapes as it is something I am very passionate about. I love sharing the beauty of the world with others. I also enjoy taking candid shots of people when they are being natural and not necessarily "posing" for the camera.

The majority of the photo images I use are my own. However, I love unsplash and do use some of their images. When images other than my own are used I credit the author and/or site the source.
